Sage & Timber Apartment
Muted sage upholstery and timber joinery bring a quiet freshness to an apartment.
The idea
This apartment direction introduces a muted sage green against warm timber and cream walls — a palette that feels fresh without losing its calm.
Built-in shelving gives books and collected objects a proper home, turning storage into part of the room’s character.

Design Approach
How the space comes together
- 01
A single accent colour
Sage green appears in upholstery and planting, and nowhere else.
- 02
Display as storage
Open timber shelving balances closed storage elsewhere in the home.
- 03
Full-height curtains
Ceiling-hung curtains make the rooms feel taller and filter harsh sun.
